Three ski-o races in two days, three times TOP3
My first Czech ski-o race this season (until now I trained and competed in Finland) and it was a Czech Championship sprint distance. I didn't feel in any super shape (still a bit tired after European Championship and Czech XC Univerisity Championship), but I still aimed to take a medal.

I did some small mistakes and two bad route choices. I didn't expect it to be enough for the medal. In sprints where every second counts. All the national team women were present (except from Hana Hančíková who lives in Sweden and is recovering from her leg injury). There were 45woman at the start in W21 class and any of the girls out of national team could perform well. Courses were great when considering the level of Czech Ski-O races. You can see a very nice TV report (including maps) from this race here
But it was enough! I took bronze medal! Very happy about my results, not so happy about my performance.

In the afternoon there was one more race - national cup middle distance. I felt really tired and snow conditions didn't make it any better. It was plus degress and snow was wery soft and wet. I didn't have that big motivation and felt like not pushing as much as I could. The others might had a same problem because I finished again 3rd.

On Sunday, it was time for long distance. I managed to avoid any bigger mistakes and found power to push a lot - 1st place and a huge happiness! Supercool, that my team mate Lenka Mechlová finished 2nd, despite not being in the national team. Maybe it's time for me to finally take part in the Czech Relay Championship ;)
